Vacancy: Sales Activation Manager at Weltevree

About this Role

At Weltevree, we are looking for an energetic brand ambassador. As a driven 'Sales Activation' force, you and the team are responsible for selling our entire collection through all channels: retail, architect market, online, and B2B. In this role, you are responsible for expanding existing relationships and activating new business and markets.

About Weltevree

Weltevree is a Dutch design label and producer of distinctive outdoor products/furniture. Our products encourage you to explore your environment and activate the use of your surroundings. With a small but passionate team, we aim to put the world of Weltevree on the map and grow our collection and brand further.

Our products are sold to our (business) customers through resellers (dealers), through the (international) project market, and through intermediaries such as architects and designers. Additionally, we also sell directly to our customers via our webshop. Our headquarters is located in Amersfoort. We work in an open and informal atmosphere with plenty of flexibility and room for personal input. 

What will you do as Sales Activation Manager?

  • You are primarily a brand ambassador and know how to position our collection of original products in the market appropriately.
  • You create new business (and new markets) and further expand existing business in various channels - retail, project market, online, and B2B.
  • You are responsible for actively maintaining, visiting, and expanding existing (international) key accounts.
  • You are responsible for handling project orders and coordinating agreements with your customers and colleagues.
  • You analyze monthly developments and results and create action plans based on these.
  • You proactively seek new collaborations with partners for Weltevree.
  • You are our (rising) star at events and trade shows.
  • You are the link between the market and your (marketing) colleagues. 

What we ask

  • An abundance of energy and curiosity.
  • At least 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • A proactive ambassador with a hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire others with your vision.
  • Professional networking skills.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
  • Experience organizing events is a significant advantage.
  • Good knowledge of digital channels is a plus.
  • Affinity with the design industry is a major plus.
