Puff pastry wrapped cranberry camembert

Ingredients
1 Camembert
1 roll of puff pastry 34cm x 26cm
3 tablespoons cranberry jam
1 handful of nuts
Picos for dipping
1 egg
1 tablespoon water

Preparation
Heat the Outdooroven.
Roll out the puff pastry on a piece of baking paper and place the camembert in the center.
Brush the top of the camembert with the cranberry jam and place a handful of nuts on top.
Fold the puff pastry closed, making a package of the puff pastry around the camembert.
Beat the egg well together with one tablespoon of water and a pinch of salt to make an egg wash.
Coat the puff pastry package with the eggwash, then place it on the baking sheet in the outdoor oven.
Bake the package until it is golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Check the package frequently during baking and turn it in between if necessary until all sides are golden brown.
Serve the puff pastry wrapped camembert along with Picos for dipping.
