Step 5: While the cake is cooking in the oven, make the ganache. Break the dark chocolate into pieces and put it in a bowl with the whipped cream. Let this melt on the
Outdooroven in the same way as in step 1. Stir gently with a whisk and allow to cool when completely melted. Whisk in the powdered sugar.
Step 6: Chop the white chocolate small. Cut the cake in half horizontally and spread the bottom half with a third of the ganache. Place the other half back on top and generously spread the top with the remaining ganache. Sprinkle the white chocolate shavings on top. Serve the festive set to your guests.
