Ingredients (4 pieces)
100 grams of green asparagus tips
2 pieces salmon fillet
125 grams of crème fraiche
6 tablespoons grated cheese
4 tablespoons chopped chives
100 ml white wine
1 orange
method
Preheat the Outdooroven to 200 degrees
Boil water on the Outdooroven and cook the asparagus tips for about 2 to 3 minutes. Then rinse the asparagus tips with cold water and drain well.
Cut the salmon pieces in half so that you have four thin pieces of salmon. Garnish the salmon with some salt and pepper, if desired.
Mix half of the crème fraîche with the grated cheese and half of the chopped chives. Spread this mixture over the salmon.
Spread the asparagus tips over the salmon and roll the salmon pieces around the asparagus.
Place the salmon rolls in a greased Ovendish and bake for about 10 to 12 minutes until done.
Take the salmon out of the oven and pour the released liquid into a small saucepan. Add the rest of the crème fraîche, the white wine and some orange zest. Place the small pan on top of the Outdooroven and bring to a boil while stirring.
Remove the saucepan from the Outdooroven and stir the remaining chives into the sauce.
Serve the salmon rolls on a nice plate along with the sauce and garnish with some orange segments, if desired. Enjoy!
