Outdooroven recipe: Pizza Party Day
Friday, May 17, is Pizza Party Day! Whether you're an experienced pizza maker or a beginner, a pizza party is a perfect way to bring friends and family together. With these pizza recipes, you're guaranteed to throw a successful pizza party.
Pizza dough
- 500g flour
- 7g dried yeast
- 10g salt
- 275-300 ml water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Mix all the ingrediënts and knead the dough until cohesive. Keep kneading for another 8-10 minutes.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and leave to rise for at least 2 hours.
Pizza sandwich with mortadella, cheese and pistachio
- Olive oil
- 2 balls of burrata
- 1 lemon
- Pistachio nuts
- Parmesan cheese
- Chili flakes (optional)
- Heat the outdoor oven.
- Grab the pizza dough and gently push the dough from the center outward with your fingers and gently stretch. Coat the dough with a little olive oil and fold it in half, forming a semi-circle.
- Bake the dough in the Outdoor oven until golden brown.
- Carefully fold open again so you can top the pizza sandwich.
- Tear the burrata into pieces and spread them on one of the halves of the pizza sandwich. Then spread the slices of mortadella. Grate the lemon and squeeze a little lemon juice over the mortadella. Do this to your own taste. Sprinkle some pistachios and grated parmesan cheese, and top with chili flakes if desired.
- Fold again and enjoy a delicious pizza sandwich.
Pizza al taglio
- 1 clove of garlic
- 125 ml passata
- 1 fennel
- 100g salami
- 1 ball of buffalo mozzarella
- 1 hand of grated parmesan cheese
- Light the Outdoor oven.
- Dust the work surface with flour and form the ball of dough into a rectangular or round pizza.
- Mix the passata with the garlic and season with salt and pepper.
- Top the pizza with the passata, fennel, salami, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake the pizza in the Outdoor oven until cooked and golden brown.
