Outdooroven recipe: Gnocchi with butternut squash and sage

Ingredients
1 organic butternut squash
500 g fresh potato gnocchi
1 clove of garlic
4 sprigs of sage
3 sprigs of thyme
20 g toasted pumpkin seeds
15 cl GIMBER
2 tablespoons honey
10 cl olive oil

Preparation
Rinse the butternut squash and cut it in half lengthwise.
Remove the seeds and cut the squash into cubes, leaving the skin on.
Remove the sage leaves from the stems and finely chop the larger leaves.
Fire up the Outdooroven.
Pour half of the olive oil into the deep dish of the Oven Dish. Place the diced pumpkin and a crushed clove of garlic in the deep dish. Next, place the dish in the Outdooroven.
Cook the butternut cubes and garlic in the Outdoor oven until the squash is tender and soft.
Place the gnocchi in the shallow part of the Oven Dish, place it on the rack over the fire in the Outdoor oven and bake until the gnocchi is golden brown.
Remove the Oven Dish with pumpkin from the oven.
Add the honey to the pumpkin, along with the chopped sage and thyme and stir.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pour the GIMBER over the mixture and add the toasted pumpkin seeds.
Stir everything together well. Season to taste with black pepper.
Place the pumpkin and herb mixture on a plate along with the gnocchi.
Garnish with sage leaves and present immediately.
