Ingredients for 3-4
- Half (stale) bread of your choice
- 150 ml milk
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- Cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla aroma
- 250 g blueberries
- 1 tbsp honey
- Extra: powdered sugar or sugar for garnish

Step 1: Add the milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla aroma together in a bowl and mix well. For extra sweetness, you can add cinnamon to taste.
Step 2: Grease a
baking dish well. Dip slices of bread into the mixture and place them in the baking dish. Continue until your mixture runs out.
